Regular purchase returns postmarked within 7 days of original shipment will be eligible for a refund using the original payment method or store credit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and all return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items worn or damaged. Items must be in original condition and packaging (shoe boxes) with tags attached, and free of stains, smoke, perfumes, and deodorant.
